Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (But should be available after hours and over the weekend)

Strategic Leadership:
- Co-create and implement the company’s operational strategy alongside the executive team, aligning every effort with our mission and vision.

- Understand the Daily business functions and become familiar with the day-to-day operations.
- Implement and report processes within the company that can be improved/fixed.
- Have the confidence to step into main leadership role in all areas CEO deems necessary.
Hospital Network Stewardship:
- Frequent visits to each hospital within our network will be your norm. Engage with staff, participate in departmental discussions, and be the conduit for operational insights.
- Forge strong relationships with hospital administrators and department heads, cultivating an environment of collaboration and shared success.
Physician and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Your affinity for people will shine as you build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinical teams. Together, we will drive exceptional patient outcomes.
- Apply your data analyst background to provide insights and recommendations that elevate clinical performance and patient satisfaction.
Data-Inspired Excellence:
- You’ll be our data whisperer, transforming raw information into actionable intelligence. Analyse, interpret, and present operational and clinical data that fuels our journey towards continuous improvement.
